Having just met a girlfriend at Burford Garden Company I felt I had to write something about it! It is in the heart of the Cotswolds but easily reached just off the A40, my friend was travelling from Buckinghamshire and had a very pleasant journey.

You can spend the whole day there breaking for lunch in the fabulous Cafe!

We didn’t have the children today but when we do we use the Little Cafe which is perfect as it has great healthy food, and believe it or not a super little cinema screening disney films and it also has scribbling mats, crayons and books etc.

The food in the Grown up Cafe is fabulous and I tend to always have the salad selection which sounds really goody two shoes of me but it is absolutely delicious! chargrilled broccoli with chilli, roasted carrots with sesame and raisins thai noodles etc etc! Then you can have a yummie cake! All the food is cooked from scratch too.

Whoever buys for the shop has fantastically good taste in almost everything, from garden forks to antique dressers. There is too much to mention but I find things there I can’t find anywhere else like John Sankey Chairs that I absolutely love!

The childrens toy shop is fantastic and your little ones will spend ages in there, I love looking at the displays, I took some photos today
